Partner Private content (e.g. files from a partner portal) is only ever retrieved for chat users who hold the partner-access role — enforced server-side, not just hidden in this UI.

Emails, phone numbers, SSNs and card numbers are always removed from what's searchable. If the file names a customer from the maintained list and this is unchecked, partners and standard SEs get an anonymized copy (name replaced) and the original wording stays admin-only.
Description
CSV rows, PDF text, and Word/PowerPoint content are extracted and searched directly. For images/video/other files, this description is the only text the assistant can search — the file itself is stored and downloadable either way.
